When i ordered this item i had a one week old and a two year old at home so i didn't realize what was actually shipped. The product listed case of 4 and i only recieved one package of 23 diapers for 46.00. When i called Amazon more than a month later to ask about it because i didn't realize it was supposed to be 4 packages until then, they quickly said they would send me a new order with no additional charge. I was very impressed with their customer service, but make sure you check your diaper packages when they arrive in the mail and make sure you see the exact description of what you are buying.
