I bought this by the case when the price was much higher, I can't believe how cheap it is now! I love this cleaner because it is not harmful in the kitchen and it smells good. Cleans well!Buy Seventh Generation Kitchen Cleaner, Wild Orange & Cedar Spice, 32-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 6)!
I use 7th Generation Shower Cleaner right after a shower to prevent mold and mildew. It works great and smells wonderful!Buy Seventh Generation Shower Cleaner, Green Mandarin & Leaf, 32-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 6)!
these work as well as kleenex brand tissues. They are 2-ply and 100 sheets per box. I think next time I will order the larger count box. These seem to go really quickly in our house. They hold up well under hard blows.Buy Seventh Generation Facial Tissue, 2-Ply Sheets, 100-Count Boxes (Pack of 30)!
We use a lot of tissues in my house everyday, and these work great without making me feel guilty.
According to my boxes, and also their website, these tissues are made with at least 80% post-consumer recycled content, which is terrific. That's the stuff I put out at the curb to recycle. The other 20% is pre-consumer, which is fine too. Even the box is from recycled materials, though only 35% is post-consumer.
And sure, the tissues are a little rougher than the really think and soft ones made from virgin fiber. But I just want a tissue that absorbs and doesn't rub my nose raw. These do. They work great. Buy Seventh Generation Facial Tissue, 2-Ply Sheets, 175-Count Boxes (Pack of 36)!
These paper towels are perfect. They are strong and don't tear. I love the three size sheets in one for the "right size job."Buy Seventh Generation White Paper Towels, 112-Sheet Rolls, 2-Ply Sheets, 3-Count Packages (Pack of 10)!
Wife loves these. Way more comfy than the sandpaper weave on Always brand and way more absorbent than Natracare brand. Wings are a little extra effort but worth itBuy Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Maxi Pads, Ultra Thin Regular with Wings, 18-Count Packages (Pack of 12)!
I am on the second batch of this laundry detergent because I love it. 5 stars for a pleasing and light fragrance, 5 stars for clothes coming out clean and fresh, and 5 stars for helping save the environment through high efficiency washing.
The Seventh Generation products have appealed to me because of their "biodegradability". That's not a real word, but it describes their line perfectly. From their paper towels, to toilet paper, to washing detergent, I feel pretty confident that I'm doing my part to make things better.
This detergent has a pleasing scent of Bergamot Citrus and White Flower. It's not overpowering, and my clothes come out smelling fresh, not like perfume. I have also noticed that if I leave the clothes in the wash for a while (sometimes I do forget) that they still come out smelling fresh and not mouldy.
This product also gets clothes clean in any temperature of water. If you want to save hot water, warm or tap cold will do just fine for your clothes with this powder.
I should also point out that this powder does not sud like normal powders, but it still gets your clothes completely clean.
Finally, this is high efficiency stuff. You're going to use a smaller amount of powder even for a large batch of clothes, and it's perfectly designed for front loading washers. This is where the "he" logo comes in. You'll see that on products that are specially designed for high efficiency washers, which includes most front loading models.
This product also comes in unscented for those who might prefer that, however, I think you'll enjoy how the bergamot citrus and white flower make your clothes, and your entire laundry room smell fresh.
enjoy!Buy Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent, White Flower & Bergamot Citrus, Powder, 112-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)!
These kitchen trash bags are made from recycled material plastic (55%). I incorrectly assumed they were also biodegradeable. After contacting 7th Generation, they are NOT biodegradeable. I now have alot of them and they are good bags, just not what I thought.Buy Seventh Generation Trash Bags, Tall Kitchen, 13-Gallon, 20-Count Boxes (Pack of 12)!
This cleaner is a staple in my home. I have three children and a huge dog, and do A LOT of cleaning windows, mirrors, even door frames and handles. Using a cotton cloth and wiping until the window or mirror is dry, there are no streaks. It does a beautiful job. However, a quick swipe with a paper towel will leave streaks in its wake. If your priority is a healthier environment, in and outside, this is your window cleaner. If you're looking for a fast swipe, use windex.Buy Seventh Generation Glass & Surface Cleaner, Free & Clear, 32-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 6)!
I found it interesting that when I opened a box of Seventh Generation Facial Tissues and put them (without package) in a crystal box in the first floor (guest) bathroom, the tissues were used by family members without complaint. However, when put in bedrooms in the original box, the tissues were found to be "rough". While clearly not a "blind" study, reading labels does have something to do with how soft a tissue is to one's nose -- even with a cold.
Even Kleenex, when one has a really bad cold, abrades the upper lip and one ends up with an area of scale between nose and lip. A dab of vaseline helps.
Our family advocates the use of cotton handkerchiefs -- washable, reusable until they wear out and die after about 1,000 washings. Facial tissue, either Seventh Generation or Kleenex, is only a way of filling up the landfill. But a good thing to have when one has a cold.
So, I'm going to suggest not talking about the 80% post consumer paper waste in Seventh Generation until the first carton of 36 is used up. We as a nation need to find a way to make recycling of paper economical. To achieve this, we need products that use post consumer paper waste.
No, not as soft as Kleenex, but does it really matter? We like these tissues.

I try to use seventh generation or other natural/organic products whenever I can afford it. I found this detergent to be a good deal so I bought it, even though I never wash anything on delicate. It lasted probably around 6 months. We have a high efficiency washer so I only put a little bit in each time. I liked that it didn't have a strong chemical smell and as always, I loved not having to go to the store and buy detergent. I try to buy almost all my household supplies via subscribe and save so an affordable detergent is a must!Buy Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent, Delicate Care, Ultra-Concentrated Liquid, 50-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 6)!
These are really poorly made bags. They are ultra thin, which means you have to double them up if you don't want a rip. They don't tie well because they are so thin, they rip when you try to cinch them. I bought a case and now wonder what I am going to do with all of these bad bags. I want to be environmentally friendly, but these bags just aren't worth the frustration.Buy Seventh Generation Trash Bags, Tall Kitchen, 13-Gallon, 30-Count Boxes (Pack of 12)!
