This potty rocks! I was orignally ambivalent about the cartoon face but now I like it. The seat is removable and fits on an adult toilent for continuity in potty training. My son loves it. He wouldn't go near the old one with the big spash gaurd after he bumped up against it once. We got this one cuz the awful splash gaurd that is on most pottys is REMOVABLE!! Yay! Down with splash gaurds! My son pees standing up like papa anyway.Get more detail about Fisher-Price My Potty Buddy - White/Blue.

We use these Huggies Night-Time Pull-Ups for both of our sons for possible overnight wetting. We have found them to be comfortable for the boys and reliable for us. Sometimes they leak (when soaked) but that is because we do what you probably should not when trying to get kids to stay dry through the night: we'd been giving them a sippie cup of water to sleep w/ (or water just before bed)! We're clearly not all that concerned w/ overnight wetting yet, even so, these Pull-Ups don't leak all that often (even when soaked). Our boys are 5 and 3. Money-saving suggestion: sign up for Subscribe and Save and get the discount. This makes them cheaper than at Wal*Mart and Costco... AND they come to your DOORSTEP!! No more going out to get diapers/pull ups. Seemed overrated at first since I'm always at both places but, it has been a Godsend! We love the cheaper price and that we don't have to be concerned w/ getting them. Set your shipment to when you'd normally run out and sure enough, a new box will arrive just as you're down to a few remaining! (Amazon provides FREE Super Saver Shipping on these as well... day quick shipping!!) Can't say enough. Rated them only 4 stars b/c they DO leak sometimes but, again, who gives their kids drinks at bedtime... WE DO! ;)Get more detail about Huggies Pull-Ups Night-Time 3T-4T Boy, 21-Count Packages (Pack of 4).

I bought this seat because my son wouldn't sit on the whole potty system we bought him. The seat was made entirely from hard plastic. He would cry, and wouldn't go to the potty. He is 22 months and just started potty training, but he didn't have any success with the hard plastic seat. But as soon as we started using the Soft Cars potty seat we had instant success. The seat is soft on little bottoms and the opening is great even for the smallest bottoms. My son is 32 1/2 inches tall and only weighs 23 pounds. Definately would recommend this seat for any other moms who are potty training their child. Best $12 I ever spent!Get more detail about Disney Cars Soft Potty Seat - Red/Blue.
These liners fit the original On the Go Potty. The liners have improved since the original. Instead of what looks like a thick feminine protection pad at the bottom, it now looks like a ultrathin feminine protection pad. That's more attractive, for sure.
My kids are now older. The 5 year old still uses the potty occasionally and the 8 year old will use the liners (he's a boy) it if it's a major emergency. My kids output too much for the pad to be of much use. When my daughter was a toddler, the pad helped. It never absorbed everything, but the less sloshing around, the better.
The original liners used to sometimes have problems leaking. The newer liners don't leak. That's why I don't just go out and use my own bags. I'm afraid the ones I use will leak. These don't, which is nice, especially if I'm using them in the minivan.
My only complaint is the liners don't fit completely around the rim of the potty easily. Wish they would make them just a little bit bigger. I have to stretch them, if I want them to go all the way around; and sometimes they tear. I usually am happy just to get them to go a little over the rim.
I'm happy these potties were invented. I still carry one in the back of my minivan just in case. I have tried using just a bag with an open diaper in it, but the kids don't like it and won't use it like that, because those potties are small. The diapers end up filling out the whole potty and the kids don't want to use a diaper. Thank goodness they sell these liner refills.Get more detail about Kalencom Potette Disposable Liners - On The Go Potty Liner Re-Fills.
Our special needs grandson is 15 and is unable to be potty-trained so far. Regular adult diapers are too large and not absorbent enough, but Goodnights continue to meet his needs during the day and also at night. Don't know what we'd do without them.Get more detail about GoodNites Underpants for Boys, Small/Medium, Mega Pack, 27 Underpants.
I've never been a fan of Pampers because they always seemed to be drooping in the back, so it always looked like the diaper was wet/full. In spite of this, I decided to try the Easy-Ups mainly because my daughter likes Dora Explorer, but I prefer the velcro on the Pull-Ups.

Another suggestion: Fisher-Price Royal Potty Step Stool
The Fisher-Price Stepstool Potty which has a sensor and plays music when they go potty, has been a big help. It takes the guesswork out of the process which saves time, and helps the child relate their actions to the reward.
NOTE: I would highly recommend the boys' potty because of the splash guard!Get more detail about Huggies Pull-Ups Training Pants with Cool Alert Wetness Liner for Girls, 2T-3T, Mega Pack (44 Training Pants).
I was very disappointed with this purchase. It doesn't hold anything. These are the same as regular cloth underwear. There is still a mess on the floor. Only one thing is good. My daughter now tells me when she has accidents. Get more detail about Gerber Brand Girl's Training Pant (in vinyl bag), 2T.
This potty seat has really helped my child progress through potty training. It fits well into a diaper bag. The only down fall is that it does not fit public toilets very well, as they are oblong. Get more detail about PRIMO Folding Potty with Handles White granite.
After trying ALL the Pull-ups out on the market today (even Kirkland) for girls I find this brand to be the softest and most comfortable for my daughter. As for non-pull ups there are softer and more comfortable brands but we're talking about pull ups.Get more detail about Pampers Easy Ups Value Pack for Girls, Size 5, 80-Count Box.
The sides really do make a difference. I can put a clean Pull-Up on like a diaper, without taking shoes and pants off my child. I bought this for my 9 month old daughter just to have somewhere to put her while I was using the bathroom. Well she ended up loving it and using it on a daily basis. No she is not potty trained (or even close) but she enjoys going peepee while mommy does. Perfect height and easy to clean. Get more detail about BABYBJÖRN Potty Chair - Blue.
