I'm very happy I decided to try this detergent. The price is definitely reasonable. It doesn't take much to clean a load (I worried that I'd have to use a bunch) It cleans really well-my whites haven't been this white in years, and it doesn't have any heavy perfumes. It has a light lemony fragrance from the bottle, but your clothes just smell clean, like nothing when they're done. And that's ok with me. Most important to me was that I'm not pumping a bunch of junk into our septic. That always bothered me about Tide.
